Carl R. Johnson, 84, passed on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 in Wooster, Ohio following an extended illness.
Carl was born on July 18, 1931 in Williamstown, West Virginia to Carl and Lillian (Hartline) Johnson.   He was a U.S. Navy veteran and was a member of the Wooster United Methodist Church.   Carl was retired in 1990 as a Vice president of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Surviving Carl are his wife of 64 years, Georgia (McFarland) and sons Scott Douglas Johnson of Gibsonia, PA, Gregory A. Johnson of Massillon, OH and Stuart E. Johnson of Beacon Falls, CT; as well as 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Services will held on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Wooster United Methodist Church, 243 N. Market St., Wooster with interment taking place in Williamstown WV.   Friends will be received one hour prior to service on Saturday at the church.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., is assisting the family.
