WOOSTER “ Carolyn D. Baker, 65, of Wooster passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Smithville Western Care Center.
She was born January 4, 1950 in Wooster, the daughter of Harold and Wilma Cadmus Conn.
Carolyn was a graduate of Wooster High School and had worked for the Wooster Brush Company, Bell & Howell, Hospice of Wayne Co. and the J.M. Smucker Company.
She is survived by her children, Julie (Steven) Berkhouse of Seymour, IN and Kevin (Amanda) Baker of Clover, SC; grandchildren, Shea and Ben Berkhouse and Megan and Kaitlyn Baker.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, David Conn.
There will be no services or calling hours.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster,  is assisting the family.
