WOOSTER “ Carolyn W. Hostetler, 91, of Wooster and wife of the late Wayne E. Hostetler, Sr.,  passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at West View Healthy Living.
She was born July 20, 1925 in Alliance, the daughter of Roscoe and Laura Loomis Wilcox and had lived her adult life in Wooster.   She loved music and enjoyed her many piano students and their families.   She had worked in the Library office at The College of Wooster retiring in 1980.   She was a student for 13 years with Brian Dykstra.
Carolyn is survived by her sons, Wayne E. Jr. of Tyler, Texas, Mark of St. Louis, Missouri, Karl of Omaha, Nebraska and Brian of St. Louis, Missouri; many grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
There will be no calling hours and private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The family wishes to thank all the good caring people at LifeCare Hospice, Wooster Community Hospital Home Health Care and West View Healthy Living.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
