Cynthia Jean Armstrong, 77, of Wooster died Monday, October 3, 2016 at the Wayne County Care Center.
She was born February 28, 1939 in Wooster to Hubert B. and Bessie Henderson Payne. On September 27, 1959, she married F. Richard Pete Armstrong. He survives.
Cynthia was a homemaker and a member of the Wooster United Methodist Church.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her children Doug Armstrong and Kelly (Tedd) Carr both of Wooster and grandsons Ben and Brent Carr.
Private family services were held.
