David B. Garver, 57, of Wooster died Saturday January 16, 2016 surrounded by family and friends after a short battle with cancer.
David was born October 14, 1958 in Wooster to Edward Gene and Marie Graham Garver.   He graduated from Northwestern High School in 1979.
He worked for Artiflex Company for over 30 years.   David enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.   He was also known for being very generous helping out others.
David is survived by his mother, Marie Garver of Wooster, father and step-mother Edward (Marty) Garver of Fruitland Park, FL; siblings Michael (Patty) Garver, Steve Garver and Mary (Larry) Crisco all of Wooster; nieces Brittany Garver of Wooster and Angela (Steve) Ross of Orrville and special friend, Connie Adams of Wooster.
David was preceded in death by a brother Matthew Garver.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Wayne Presbyterian Church, 7152 Burbank Rd., Wooster with Rev. Bob Meyer officiating.   Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.
