Donna Mae Lemmon, 72, of Wooster died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.
She was born December 14, 1943 in Rittman to Edgar and Viola Ball Wilson. On February 9, 1963 she married Richard Dick Lemmon, who survives.
Donna was the director of Cosmetology at Wooster Beauty College for over 37 years where she was known as Miss Donna to family and friends. She retired in 2005. Donna was a member of West Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed painting, reading, cooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Along with her husband, Donna is survived by her children Tracy (Ryan) Schlabach of Millersburg and Tony (Erika) Lemmon of Wooster; grandchildren Taylor, Peyton, Courtney Boss, Adria and Aley Lemmon; step granddaughter Kennedy Schlabach; brothers James (Nina) Wilson of Creston, Russell (Irma) Wilson of Rittman and sisters Wanda Renneker of Wooster and Patsy (Joe) Busbee of Florida.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Homer and Clarence Wilson.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM at West Hill Baptist Church, 2241 Mechanicsburg Road, with Pastors Dan Wingate and Eric Fairhust officiating. Interment will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 1:45 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville. A procession will form at the funeral home at 12:45 PM.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00-8:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St. Wooster and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the church.
