Dorothy Jean Blazer, 81, of Westfield Center died Sunday July 20, 2014 at Magnolia Village in Wadsworth.
She was born March 3, 1933 in Morristown, TN, to Jack Clarence and Jessie Lee Paris Russell.   On June 3, 1950 she married James Edward Blazer.   He preceded her in death in 2007.
Dorothy was a homemaker and was very artistic.   She loved to decorate cakes and paint.   She was a devoted wife and mother and was strong in her Christian faith.
Dorothy is survived by her children Suzanne (Paul) Lawton and David Hugh Blazer both of Westfield Center, Deborah (Ron) Baughman of Wadsworth and James Douglas (Stephanie) Blazer of Valparaiso, IN; grandchildren Matthew Lawton, Elizabeth Bradham, Amanda Robinson, Jessie O ™Connor and Michael Roach and 9 great grandchildren.
Along with her husband and parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her siblings Lois Taylor, Pauline Reinhardt, Nell Spurgeon, Neill Russell, Robert Dal Russell and Eddie Russell.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
