Gerald E. œJack  Goodlive, 81, of Wooster died Saturday, August 29, 2015 at LifeCare Hospice.  
He was born November 26, 1933 in Muskingum County to Clarence and Florence Shipley Goodlive.   Jack was a graduate of Zanesville High School and Ohio University and served his country in the U.S. Army.   He had worked as a plant engineer for the Volvo Truck Company.   Jack loved to travel, golf and genealogy.
Jack is survived by his wife of 56 years, Alicia Crow Goodlive; sons Roger (Sherrill) Goodlive of Carlisle, PA and Steven (Margot) Goodlive of FL; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and a brother Carl Goodlive of Temperance, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 10:30 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman with Rev. Kevin Phipps officiating.   A procession will form at the funeral home at 9:30 AM.
There will be no calling hours.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.

Service
