WOOSTER “ Jack D. Pinnick, Jr., 65, of Wooster passed away Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Medina Hospital in Medina.
He was born November 17, 1951 in Wooster, the son of Jack D., Sr. and Elsie Schmidt Pinnick.   He was preceded in death by his long-time companion, Jeanie Braun on June 6, 2010.
He was a self-employed carpenter having owned Pinnick Custom Remodeling.   Jack was a member of the American Legion, enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing guitar and writing music and spending time with his family.   He was a member of the Living Waters Church.
He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam War from 1969-1972.
He is survived by his daughter, Mindy Bailey-Rickly of Millersburg;  grandchildren, Brylie Rickly and Jack Scherer; step-children, Jessica Braun of Florida and  Scott Braun of Wooster; his siblings, Linda Yankello, Terry, Judy, Cindy and Kenny Pinnick all of Wooster and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 6-8:00 p.m.
Private family services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
