WOOSTER – Jason Matthew BOOTHE, 31, of Wooster, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014 at Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born August 19, 1982 in Wooster, the son of Fred and Debra Royer Boothe.
Jason enjoyed fishing, gaming and welding.
Surviving are his parents of Wooster, a sister, Nicole (John) Hughes of Jeromesville, his grandmother, Bonnie DeLauder, his beloved nephew and niece Shawney and  Mary and a future niece or nephew due in August and many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
Jason was preceded in death by is maternal grandparents, Jake and Dorothy Royer, paternal grandfather, Hilbert Boothe, great-grandmother, Ola Owen and step-grandfather Millard DeLauder.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 1-4:00 p.m. at the Complete Chiropratic Life Center, 5225 Cleveland Rd., Suite A., Wooster.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
