DOYLESTOWN “ Joanne Marie Nussbaum, 60, of Doylestown passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at University Hospital in Cleveland.
She was born October 12, 1956 in Akron, the daughter of John and Marguerite Merstik Zuchak.
She was a social worker and a Peace Corps Volunteer.   Joanne taught English as a second language in China and the Ukraine.   She enjoyed gardening, reading, traveling and helping others.
She is survived by her children, Peter (Nicole) Hunt of Orrville and Zachariah œZach  Hunt of Ohio; her mother of Wooster; grandchildren, Gretchen and McKenzie Hunt and her siblings Sue (Tom) Gross of Wooster and Mark (Wendy) Zuchak of Smithville.
She was preceded in death by her father and a daughter, Victoria Hunt.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 3-9:00 p.m. at the home of her son Peter, 252 Westwood Ave., Orrville.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to a charity of the donor ™s choice.
