Marjorie M. Rinard, 88, of Wooster passed away Saturday December 26, 2015 at Smithville Western Care Center.
She was born June 2, 1927 in Shreve the daughter of Carl and Garnet Wachtel Hostettler.   On January 31, 1946 she married Merle Rinard who survives in Wooster.
Marjore had worked in the Office Services Department at the College Of Wooster, retiring after many years.   She was an Avid College of Wooster basketball fan and an avid fan of The Ohio State University football and basketball teams.   She was a lifetime member of Central Christian Church in Wooster, where she had served as a deaconess.   She enjoyed Walking, Reading and was a very athletic person.
Also surviving are her two children: Deborah (James) Sidle and David (Mary) Rinard both of Wooster.
3 Grandchildren: Brett (Jennifer) Sidle of Michigan, Todd (Jessica Heropulos) Sidle of Cuyahoga Falls, and Stephanie (Todd Vimauro) Rinard of Tempe Arizona.   Two Great Grandchildren; Hudson and Jack Sidle.   A sister Jeanne Troyer of Wooster.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents and 8 siblings.
Funeral servives will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Central Christian Church 407 N. Market St. Wooster, Ohio 44691 with Rev. Kevin Phipps officiating.   Burial will follow in Wooster Cemetery.   The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the services.   Arrangements are under the direction of McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home.
