Paul Lester Middaugh, 68, of Wooster died Sunday, March 20, 2016 at Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born August 13, 1947 in Big Prairie, to Virgil and Zella Bookman Middaugh.   On October 19, 2002 he married Connie Iceman, who survives.
Paul served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam in the 11th Armored Calvary Black Horse Division.   He retired in 2009 from the Wayne County Engineer ™s Office after 25 years of service.   He was a member of Fredericksburg Church of Christ and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his children Susan (Cory) Potter of Florida, Matthew (Joanie) Sigler of West Salem and Jaime (Bridget) Sigler of Wooster; grandchildren Ashlayn and Saryn Potter, Trenton and Hayden Sigler and a granddaughter on the way; siblings Gloria (Dan) Dotson of Sterling, Nancy Middaugh and Duane Middaugh both of Glenmont and several nieces and nephews.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Ken Middaugh.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Pastor Cory Potter officiating.   Interment will follow at 1:00 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville, OH.
Friends will be received on Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
