WOOSTER – Richard G. Ceko, 72, of Wooster passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.
He was born April 1, 1944 in Kansas, OH, son of   George and Mary Nier Ceko.
He was previously employed by Smithville Manufacturing.   Richard enjoyed fishing.
Surviving is a sister, Rose (Leo) Smith of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; special friends, Jennifer Adams, Trevor, Jadlin, Kiara Hanna, Joseph and Jase Woodruff, Tylisha Garver, J.J., Ian, Nadia Leary, John and Dorothy Garver, Alex Davis and many other nieces and nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Joe, Jack and Harold Ceko, Maryann Carney, Jane Morrelle and Carolyn Franks.
There will be no calling hours.
Graveside services will be held at the Fairview Cemetery on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Charles Tobias officiating.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
Those who wish may make contributions to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster.
