Rosetta (Dees) Jackson, 78, of Wooster was given her angel ™s wings and went home to be with God on May 26, 2016.
Rosetta known by her brother and friends as œRosie  was born November 4, 1937 to Ben T. Dees and Mary E. Saunders-Dees.   Rosie was a lifelong resident of Wooster.
Rosetta enjoyed fishing, crocheting, and cooking for others.   Rosetta was a member of Second Baptist Church of Wooster where she was an usher until her health declined.   Rosetta was employed by McDonald ™s where she made lifetime friendships and left an impact on those she came across.
Rosetta leaves behind to celebrate her life, son Keith (Katrina) who she loved beyond measure, her granddaughter Trinity Funderburk of Akron, grandson Tyson Jackson of Wooster, brother and best friend Gerry T. Dees of Wooster, one nephew, three nieces and a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Elizabeth (Dees) House.
A Home Going Service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Second Baptist Church, 245 S. Grant St., Wooster with Pastor Rickey Brown, Sr., officiating.
Calling hours for Rosetta will be on Friday from 5:00-7:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church.
