WOOSTER “ Sharon S. Chewning, 54, of Wooster passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016.
She was born March 19, 1962 in Elkins, West Virginia, the daughter of James Edward and Montellia Jackson Adams.   She married Robert Chewning on June 20, 1986.   He survives.
She was a home health care provider.   Sharon enjoyed camping, cooking and taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Dainyelle Mitchem of Kentucky, Natasha Mitchem of Wooster and Clorissa (Darrell Green) Mitchem of Ashland; grandchildren, Jordan West, Katelynn Adams, Gage, Nathaniel and Robert Gray, Josie Doyle, Gabrielle Barnes, Austin Moreno, Avionna Green, LaDarrius, and Darrell Green and a granddaughter yet to be born; a great-granddaughter, Adriana Glasgow and a sister, Diana (Rod Iquiez McCluskey) Wingfield of Wooster and a brother, Steve Channel of West Virginia, sisters-in-law, Bernadine Chewning of Orrville and Amy Leeson of Wooster and her mother-in-law, Luretta Leeson of Wooster.
There will be no calling hours or services.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
