She was a homemaker. Member of the Wooster United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her children Martin (Rose) Koons of LaQuenta, CA, Connie Winkler of Wooster, Michael (Tina) Koons of Dayton, Lindsay Koons of Wooster and Tina Koons of Lakewood, OH; grandchildren Brenda Reynolds Eric Koons, Stuart Poulson, Patrick Koons ;great-grandson Shane Reynolds; sister, Marie Lilley of Guerne.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul J. Koons in 2002 whom she married in 1939, a son Stuart, sisters June Kline, Pauline Martin and Pearl Morgan, brothers Richard, Glenn, Earl, Oscar, Dallas, Paul, Frank, Guy and Wayne Martin.
