Born November 16, 1914 in Liao Ning Province, Da Lian City, China, he was the son of Ning and Yang Shu Xian Wu.
He worked as a Aeronautical Engineer for the Federal Government.
Surviving are sons, Gil (Donna) Ning of Wooster and Theodore Jr. (Connie) Ning of Evergreen, CO, and a daughter, Carole Ning of Novato, CA; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He was preceded by 6 sisters.
