WOOSTER – Marvellene Leora Lang, 88 of Wooster, died Thursday, July 3, 2008 in Sunrise Assisted Living.
Born November 12, 1919 in Seville, Ohio, she was the daughter of Jacob Lawrence and Fern Brubaker Clark.
She retired as Unit Secretary for the 2nd floor of Wooster Community Hospital after many years. She was a past member of the Smithville Church of God.
Surviving are daughters, Phyllis(James) Marik of Columbus, Janet(Frederick) Braun of Wooster, and Debbie(Gene) Barnes of Wooster, Grandchildren, Michelle Penney, Shawnette Marik, Shad Marik, Jeff Garver, Jenny Garver, Amy Deuble and Shannon Deitrich.
Preceding her in death were sisters Ruth Ramsier and Mary Jane Clark and brothers Lawrence Clark Jr. and Thurman Clark. One great-grandchild.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill Street, Wooster, OH, from Sunday July 6 from 6-8 PM.
Services will be held at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, Monday, July 7 @ 2PM, with Rev. O.J. Thompson officiating Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
