WOOSTER – Richard J. BLOUGH, 85 of Wooster, died Friday, September 12, 2008 in West View Manor Nursing Home.
Friends will be at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Sunday from 7-9:00 P.M.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 1:30 P.M. with the Rev. Kevan Franklin officiating. Interment will follow in Wooster Cemetery.

Born September 1, 1923 in Wayne Co., OH, he was the son of John and Mabel Johnston Blough
He had worked in the steel mill at the Timken Company for 50 years. Member of the Trinity United Church of Christ. Served his country with the U.S. Marines during WWII and received the Purple Heart. Richard enjoyed his grandchildren and gardening.
Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Lucille (PeeWee) Lichteberger Blough, his children Carol (Gary) Condry of Wooster, Jeffrey (Mary Ann) Blough of Sagamore Hills, OH, and Steve (Teresa) Blough of Wooster; 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 5 step-great-grandchildren; sisters, Rosemary Altland of Massillon and Gail (Walter) Sniff of Weilersville and a brother, Dale (Millie) Blough of Wooster and a sister-in-law, Wilma Hoffman of Wooster.
He was preceded in death by a sister Twila Neff and a brother Ray Blough
