Jack Lee Tate:

He is survived by his wife, Holly (Hustwit) Tate; sons, Cory and Kyle Tate; parents, Patsy and Frank Tate; sister, Jennifer (Tate) White, very close friend; Doug Napier; Grandmother, Ruby Saltsman, of Wooster; special aunt, Janet Cartwright, of Wooster; Father and Mother in-laws; Ronald and Barbara Hustwit, and brothers-in-law; Ronald (Heather) Hustwit of Baltimore, Maryland, and William Hustwit of Oxford, Missipppi. Numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins; a niece;Tabitha White, and nephews; Tyler White and Liam Hustwit also survive him. Family meant everything to Jack.
He graduated from Triway High School in 1976. He worked as a meat cutter for Hawkins and manager for 26 years. He was a member of the Wooster Elks Lodge and Post 68 Wooster American Legion and was a past member of the Masonic Lodge in Wooster.
He loved to fish, hunt, and play Euchre and Poker with newfound friends at the Legion. He also loved spending time with his two dogs and wife (about whom he said he couldn’t have made it as long as he did without her by his side). He wanted to be remembered as a loving, caring, and fun person. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him and wanted them to know how much their thoughts and prayers throughout the past several years meant to him.
