Curtis HOLMES, 81, of Millersburg, OH, died Sunday, October 12, 2008 in Joel Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg.
He was born April 22, 1927 in Mogadore, OH, son of Roy and Alti Billiter Holmes.
Curtis retired as a Chrome Plater for Akron Brass Co. He was a good cook, enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Surviving are his children, Curtis (Connie) Holmes, Jim Holmes, Alex Holmes, Thomas (Christine) Holmes and Paula (Mark) Condry all of Wooster, Pam (Dean) Basinger of Smithville and Diane (John) Johnson of Lewisville; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at Wooster Cemetery on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Gerald Reed officiating.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Baker Holmes, in 2002 and a son, Jerry.
