Clifford A. SIGLER, 82, of Burbank, OH, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2009 in his home.
He was born October 17, 1926 in Big Prairie the son of Harry and Zelphia Etzweiler Sigler.
Clifford served his country during WWII with the U. S. Army. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and reader of western books.
Surviving are his wife, Maxine G. Woodruff Sigler, to whom he had been married 60 years; his children Rusty and Benny of Wooster and Rocky and Jescena Sigler of Burbank; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; his siblings Lemoine of Creston, Ken of Big Prairie and Howard of Wooster, Bessie Yacapraro of West Lafayette, Opal Croskey of Shreve, Bernice Lisle and Margaret Sigler of Wooster and Helen Weltmer of Fredericksburg.
Clifford was preceded in death by his parents, sons John and Cliff and brothers Donald, Robert and Roy.
There will be no services.
Friends will be received at the at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Friday evening from 6-8:00 p.m.
