WOOSTER – Martha K. FRELIGH, 79, of Wooster, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2009 in her home.
She was born August 23, 1929 in Wooster, OH, daughter of Andy and Ethel Swartz Talbert.
She retired in 1990 after 35 years at the Wayne Co. National Bank. She was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ. Martha loved animals and she enjoyed gathering with her friends and schoolmates.. She was an avid reader and loved music.
Surviving are husband, Jack L Freligh, whom she married December 27, 1949 and sister, Mary Eleanore Tennent of Berlin Heights, OH and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Norma Starr and Rena Stuart, Brothers, Wayne Talbert, Robert Talbert and Harry Talbert .
Services will be held at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Monday, February 9, 2009 at 12:00 Noon with the Rev. Glenn Royer officiating. Private inurnment will be held at theOhio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman.
Friends will be received at the at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Sunday, February 8, 2009 from 4-6:00 p.m.
