WOOSTER – Nancy D. HALL, 72, of Wooster passed away Friday, March 6, 2009 in West View Manor Nursing Home.
She was born February 18, 1937 in Boston, MA, daughter of Herbert and Doris Dodkin.
She had been a school teacher in Cleveland and had worked for Dr. William Watson and then for Dr. Timothy Karg. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Nancy was a former Welcome Wagon Hostess and a former member of the Viola Thorne Club and a volunteer at Wooster Community Hospital. She loved being at Hilton Head Island, gardening, birds, crossword and logic puzzles, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are husband, Franklin Hall, to whom she had been married 51 years; daughters, Sara (Mike) Mack of Mansfield and Susan (Mark) Zajac of Oak Ridge, NC; grandchildren Natasha and Colin Mack and Emily and Nicholas Zajac.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received at the at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Monday from 7-9:00 P.M.
Services will be held at Funeral Home, Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 10:00 AM Interment will follow in the Wooster Cemetery.
