WOOSTER – David Allen FREEZE, 39, of Wooster passed away Monday, July 6, 2009 in Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born January 18, 1970 in Sewickley, PA, son of David A Sr. and Ada Green Freeze.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Ambridge, PA.
Surviving are his wife, Victoria McCloud Freeze, whom he married May 4, 1996, father, David A (Donna)Freeze Sr. of Fostoria, mother, Ada (Steve) Adkins of Seville, wife, Victoria McCloud Freeze, whom he married May 4, 1996; his children Shane McCloud, Tiffany Freeze, Jacob Tommy Freeze, Anna Porter and Alea McCain; grandchildren Tyler McCloud and Caleb McCain; sister, Loretta (Paul) McCoy of NC, brother, Jimmy (Kelly Lyons) Freeze of Seville, half-sister, Teresa Netherton of Fostoria, brothers, Allen (Autum) Stanley, Gregory Stanley and Jeffrey Stanley all of Wooster and sisters Stephanie, Amber and Heather Adkins all of Middletown.
Friends will be received at the at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Thursday evening from 6-8:00 p.m.
Graveside Services will be held at the Wooster Cemetery on Friday, July 10, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. with the Rev. Kevin Phipps officiating.
