WOOSTER – William Michael BROWN, 60, of Wooster, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2009 in his home.
He was born November 24, 1948 in Wooster, the son of Robert A Brown and Isabell Izzy Schie Brown.
He was a graduate of Wooster High School and attended Pierce College in Pennsylvania studing jewelry making. William was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. He loved life and never met a stranger, loved animals, gardening, tennis, and California beaches spending much of his life in Santa Barbera and was an avid lover of music. He was a member of the breakfast club at Trinity United Church of Christ.
Surviving are father, Robert A Brown, of Wooster; long time friend and companion, Debbie Richards of Wooster, a sister, Vicki (Dan) Rogers of Wooster and a Brother, Ted (Mandy) Brown of Wooster. a nephew Christopher (Jessica) Brown and a niece Mary Rose (Ed) Williamson; great nieces and nephews Gabrielle and Joseph Williamson, MacKenzie and Brody Brown; Step nieces and nephews Andrew (Stephanie) Yerian, Christy Howard and Genny Rogers, Step great niece and nephew James and Grace Yerian.
William was preceded in death by mother and a brother, Franklin Brown.
Friends will be received at the at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St. Wooster on Thursday evening from 7-9:00 P.M.
Services will be held at McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, Friday, October 23, 2009 at 11:00 AM .
