WOOSTER – Pamela Jean WILKINSON, 64, of Wooster, passed away Monday, January 11, 2010 in Akron City Hospital.
She was born April 6, 1945 in Palestine, TX, daughter of Weldon Jones and Wilma Jean Nelson Withers.
She was a minister and had served as the Assistant Pastor at the Dove Outreach Center for 3 years and most recently was the minister of the Word of Fire Ministry.
Surviving are her mother, Jean Withers of Irving, TX, daughter, Tonya (Phillip) Blakely of Talty, TX; step-children Timothy Wilkinson of Ashland, Frank J. Wilkinson of Wooster, Chris Coffy of Ashland, Mark Wilkinson of Smithville, Erin Stewart of Wooster and Carianne Baltzell of Mansfield; grandchildren, Heather and Taylor Blakely; 19 step-grandchildren, siblings Terri Green of Grand Prairie, TX, James Withers of Aurora, TX, Beth Banning of Carrollton, TX and Ruth Olson of China Spring, TX.
Pamela was preceded in death by her father, and her husband, Frank George Wilkinson.
There will be no calling hours.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Dove Outreach Center, 1022 Heyl Road, Wooster, OH 44691 with the Rev. Ron Williams officiating.
McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
