Charles A. FATH, 93, of Shreve, died Wednesday July 28, 2010 at West View Manor.
He was born July 25, 1917 in Wayne Co., OH, son of the late John and Grace (Miller) Fath.
Charles was a member of Shreve Christian Church, retired from Timken after more than 38 years of service and was an avid hunter.
He is survived by his wife Esta Himes Wile Fath, whom he married December 20, 1999; children Charlene (Norman) Woodward of Wooster, Janet (Richard) Carney of Orrville, Carl (Linda) Fath of Wooster and Charles R. Fath of Wooster; stepchildren Gene (Sue) Wile, Mary Lou (Duane Smith) Wile and Fran (Barry) Davies; 20 Grandchildren; 28 Great-Grandchildren; siblings Dorothy Wertz, Marge Faught, Glenn Fath and half-brother, Ken Stull all of Wooster
Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by wife Mildred Fath in 2004, long time companion Mildred Fisher in 2004; sisters, Viola Hasken and Nellie Chumley, brother, John and an infant brother.
Private family graveside services will be held in Oak Grove Cemetery, Shreve.
