WOOSTER – Clarence H. BUCHER, 99, of Wooster, passed away Monday, August 16, 2010 in Glendora Health Care Center.
He was born May 20, 1911 in Wooster, son of Harry E. and Anna Greenawald Bucher.
He was a machinist working for Bauer Ladder for over 50 years and had also operated his own machine shop. Clarence was a former member of the Wooster United Methodist Church.
Surviving are sons, Don (Peggy) Bucher and Roger (Alta) Bucher both of Wooster and his son-in-law, Stanley Argabright of Jeromesville; 5 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Helen O. Braseth Bucher, on May 13, 1996, a daughter Elaine Argabright, brothers, Charles and Floyd Bucher and a sister Florence Evans.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the 1:00 P.M. services at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 with the Rev. Larry Black officiating. Interment will follow in the Smithville Cemetery.
