WOOSTER – Susan K BARNETT, 68, of Wooster passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010 in Wooster Community Hospital.
She was born August 28, 1942 in Shelby, OH, daughter of Glenn W and Kathryn Shobe Barnett.
She graduated from Smithville High School, was the pie baker at Bishop’s Drive In and was a member of the Hill and Dale Garden Club. She also helped with many interior design projects, floral arranging and the Festival of Trees. She enjoyed gardening and reading.
Surviving are her children, Heather (Randy) Yates, T.J. (Daisy) Shamp and Marc Barnett all of
Wooster; grandchildren, Mallorey, Alexandra, Amanda, Mason, Madelyn, Taylor, Maisy, Carter and Michael; a great-grandson, Jackson; brothers, Robert Barnett of Wooster and Michael Barnett of Toledo.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents.
A Memorial Services will be held at the Orrville Mennonite Church, 1305 W. Market St., Orrville on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the time of the service.
McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
