Barbara A. Moore 74, of Wooster died Friday October 22, 2010 in Westview Manor Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday October 26th 2010 at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home 216 E. Larwill St. Wooster, Ohio 44691 with Pastor Eric Fairhurst officiating. Burial will follow in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the services on Tuesday.
She was born October 2, 1936 in Holmes county the daughter of Harry and Pearl Martin Bruce. In February of 1954 she married William Gene Moore who preceded her in death in 2003.
Barbara was a graduate of Shreve High School, and retired from Rubberamaid. She was a member of Central Christian Church and enjoyed ceramics, crafts and gardening.
Surviving are her children: Jeffrey (Darlene) Moore of Wooster, Leslie Sells, of Wooster and Joel Moore of Wooster. Grandchildren: Deanna (Matthew) Pittard of Wickliff, and Jennifer(Trent) McVay of Millersburg. Great grandchildren: Isabiella and Gabriella McVay. Siblings: Norma (Fritz) Horn of Wooster, Betty Starr of Wooster, and Donna (Roy) Edington of Wooster.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Geraldine Plank.
