Zephyrhills, Florida – Frederick Garrett DERENBERGER, 54, of Zephyrhills, FL, went home to be with his father, step-father, daughter and father-in-law on Monday, December 27, 2010 in Florida..
He was born November 18, 1956 in Gary, Indiana, the son of Herman Sr. and Paula Ogg Derenberger. He married Deborah Lycans on January 31, 1984. She survives.
He was a supervisor for Wilburt and had worked for Permold in Medina for many years..
Surviving in addition to his wife are his mother, Paula Murray of Apple Creek; sons, Frederick Derenberger Jr. of Orrville and J. T. Everett of Zephyrhills, FL; grandchildren, Alexis and Justin Derenberger, his siblings, Herman Bud Derenberger Jr. of Apple Creek, Clinton Derenberger of Heidelberg, Germany, Ben Murray Jr. of Mansfield, Ken Murray of Apple Creek, Vanessa Copley of Orrville and Tina Murphy of Wooster.
Fred was preceded in death by father, Herman Derenberger Sr and his step-father Ben Murray, Sr. and his daughter Dreama Derenberger.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Monday, January 3, 2011 from 3-5:00 and 7-9:00 pm.
Services will be held at Home on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 10:00 AM with Pastor David Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Mifflin Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the Funeral Home to help defray expenses.
