AKRON – Betty Jean HANGE, 92, of Akron and formerly of Wooster passed away Friday, January 21, 2011 in her home.
She was born August 9, 1918 in Cleveland, the daughter of Frank and Bessie Warren Duguid. She married Clayton O. Hange on July 18, 1942. He died December 17, 2000.
She was a homemaker and a 1936 graduate of Lakewood High School. Betty was a member of the Wooster United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her children, Carol Jean McClusky of Akron, Robert C Hange of California and Linda Kay (Lyn) Rettos of Liberty Twp., 5 grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Betty was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Frank Duguid.
Private family services will be held.
McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
