Kyle S. Lang M.D. 34 of Wooster passed away Friday May 20, 2011 on a farm on St. Rt. 83 South in Wooster as a result of a farming accident.
He was born September 16, 1976 in Wayne County the son of Delmar and Susan Yacapraro Lang.
Kyle was a 1995 graduate of Triway High School, a 1998 graduate of The Ohio State University and a 2002 graduate of North Eastern Ohio University College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Aultman Hospital and in 2002 went on to practice as a Physician at the Cleveland Clinic in Wooster, where was instrumental in starting the Urgent Care at the Cleveland Clinic in Wooster.
Kyle was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, and the N.R.A. He enjoyed the Outdoors and nature. He love hunting and fishing, mushroom hunting and four wheeling with his children, bird watching,collecting tractors and farming. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and colleagues.
Surviving are his parents of Wooster. Children: Isabella, Hayes,Mason and Gabby Lang all of the home. Siblings: Keith (Christine) Lang of Lebanon Ohio, Kevin (Kim) Lang of Wooster and Kelly (Steve) Rhodes of Wooster. Former spouse Melanie Lang of Wooster. Numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend Ann Morrow of Wooster.
A memorial mass will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday May 25, 2011 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Stephen Moran officiating. The family will receive friends at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home Tuesday evening from 4-7 P.M.
