WOOSTER – Billy Ray JACOBS, 49, of Wooster, passed away Friday, June 10, 2011 in Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born August 28, 1961 in Delaware, OH, son of Lloyd Henry Sr. and Dorothy Mae Berner Jacobs.
Surviving are his mother and step father, William Noah; brothers, Alvin Jacobs of Wooster, Lloyd Jacobs Jr. of Burleson, Texas and a sister Kim Seaman of Ft. Worth, Texas.
Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Colleen McDonough Jacobs.
A Memorial Service will be held at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Alan E. Nathan officiating.
