WOOSTER – Anna C PODSEDLY, 96, of Wooster, passed away Monday, June 27, 2011 in West View Manor Nursing Home.
She was born March 5, 1915 in Roswell, Ohio, the daughter of Stephen and Cecilia Hrivack Liskey.
Anna was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Surviving are daughters, Maryann (Thomas) Pacek of Wooster and Judith (Michael) Moody of Davidsonville, Maryland; grandchildren, Paul (Jodi) Pacek of Wooster, Andrea (Adam) Spencer of West Salem, Mark, Christopher and Amy Moody of Davidsonville, Maryland. 5 great-grandchildren.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Thomas J Podsedly, sisters, Julia Winch and Rita Pleva, brothers, Stephen Fox and John Liskey.
There will be no calling hours.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 527 Beall Avenue, Wooster with the Rev. Stephen Moran as the celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. Mary Cemetery.
McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
