Wayne Howard Scott, 76, of Wooster, OH, passed away July 8, 2011 at Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born January 4, 1935 in Ft. Gay , WV, son of Latt and Daisy Artrip Scott. He married Betty Lentz on April 20, 1957. She survives.
Wayne worked as a press operator at International Paper for 36 years. He was a member of 1st Baptist Church. He had been in the U.S. Navy. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and will be remembered in our hearts forever
Surviving in addition to hs wife are sons, David Scott and Steven Scott both of Wooster, granddaughters, Shelby, Rylee,and Skylar Scott, 7 brothers, 4 sisters.
Wayne was preceded in death by 2 brothers.
Graveside services will be held, Tuesday July 12, 2011 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ermon French officiating. Arrangements handled by McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, Wooster, OH.
