Lillian Iria Pitorak died at birth on August 3, 2011 at Fairview Hospital.
She is the daughter of Bryan and Emily Schmidt Pitorak of Wooster.
Along with her parents, Lillian is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Troy and Alison Schmidt of Wooster, paternal grandparents Larry and Loretta Pitorak of Russell, OH and paternal great grandmother Iria Pitorak of Middlefield.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday August 11, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at St. James Episcopal Church, 127 W. North Street, Wooster with Rev. Evelyn Manzella officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to the Community West Foundation for NICU or the Ante partum Wing at Fairview Hospital, 20545 Center Ridge Road, Suite 448, Rocky River, Ohio 44116.
McIntire, Davis and Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
