Jason A. Hasseman, age 28, residing at 928 Allen Drive, Wooster, Ohio, passed away August 6, 2011, to be with the Lord. He was a Triway High School graduate and attended Akron University. He used his education to start his own roofing and construction business here in Wooster, Ohio.
Jason was a loving son and father and went out of his way to help family and friends. He enjoyed working outdoors, making people laugh, country music, fishing and was always attempting to learn new things.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Hasseman, and his godfather and uncle, Bob Wagner.
He is survived by his parents, James and Kathy (Mosher) Hasseman of Wooster; sister Jamie (Jeremy) Dziczkowski and nephew Joshua of Holly Springs, North Carolina; grandmothers Patricia Hasseman of Uhrichsville, Ohio, and Kathryn Burdette of Dover, Ohio; and Lyndsay Root, his fianc?e. He also is survived by children Dylan Ward, Taydum and Landen Hasseman and Nevaeh Persinger, all of Wooster.
Jason also has several aunts, uncles and cousins on both sides of the family who will miss him dearly.
There will be no calling hours, but if you wish to celebrate in the joys of Jason?s life, there will be a memorial service held at Wooster Church of the Nazarene, 3100 Oak Hill Road, Wooster, Ohio. The service will begin Friday August 12th at 2:00 PM with Pastor Nathan Ward leading Jason into his new life with the Lord.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers and any other gifts, that you make contributions to McIntire, Davis and Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster, to help defray the costs of funeral expenses.
