Elizabeth C. Dillon, 85, of Wooster died Friday August 12, 2011 at West View Manor.
She was born on February 25, 1926 in Woodsfield, Ohio to the late Francis and Grace Fisher Paulus. On November 12, 1946 she married Charles W. Dillon. He preceded her on March 26, 2011.
Elizabeth was a member of the Highland Avenue Church of God and worked as the secretary for Wayne Auto Parts and sewing for a factory in Barnesville. She and her husband made shell craft items and traveled in seven states selling them. Elizabeth was also a Girl Scout Leader and volunteered at Wooster Community Hospital.
Elizabeth is survived by her children Linda (George) Gray of West Salem and Charles (Nancy) of Wooster; grandchildren Loni Bowersock, Lori Dugan, Stacy (Steve) Radabaugh, Matt (Stacey) Dillon and Sue (Scott) Young; 2 step grandchildren Vicki (Rock) Frost and Brian (Lori) Gray. 8 great-grandchildren, 9 step-great-grandchildren and 3 step great-great-grandchildren.
Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Francis ?Whitey? Paulus.
Services will be held on Monday August 15, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at McIntire, Davis and Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Revs. Mark McCord and Wendell Sinclair officiating. Entombment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service.
