Larry E. Campbell 65 of Apple Creek,died Saturday evening at Wooster Community Hospital. He was born Dec. 9, 1945 in Orrville to Sylvan and Zella Rigsby Campbell. Surviving are his wife Diana Warner Campbell , children Angela (David) Plant of Apple Creek, Aimee (Adam) Brandon, Brent (Judy) Campbell, and Brian (Linda) Campbell all of Wooster, step children Daniel Melvin of Wooster and Troy Melvin of Georgia, 13 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren, Special Family Scot Skaggs, Crystal Boles, and Dawn Spangler, and brothers Jessie of New Mexico, Charles of Wooster, and sisters Edna Whiting and Emma Hammond of Chillicothe,Oh. He was a retired machinist from Rex-Roth, served his country in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam Era, and attended Grace Brethren Church. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Sylvan , and sisters Goldie Manear and Marilyn Campbell.
Memorial Services will be held Thursday, September, 15, 12:30 pm at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Calling hours will be 1 hour prior to the service.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Funeral Home to help defray expenses.
