WOOSTER “ Wilma M. Hoffman died Thursday, April 26, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer.
She was born July 8, 1924 in Wooster to Albert and Hila M. (Franks) Lichteberger. She married Howard H. Hoffman on May 29, 1943. He preceded.
She was a member of the 1942 Wooster High School graduating class and still enjoyed very much attending the monthly get together ™s with her classmates until it became to hard for her to attend. With the exception of 11 years, she lived her whole life in Wooster.
She worked for Dr. Richard Reiman and for Wayne Co. Radiology after spending 11 years in California where she worked in Santa Monica for the Zuckerman Building Co. and in Palmdale for the L.A. County School District.
She loved doing crafts and going to car shows and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her son Randy Hoffman of Wooster, daughter Debra œCuddles  and son-in-law Dewey Brown, daughter Sandy and son-in-law Dale Lemley of Kalamazoo, Michigan and brother Robert and sister-in-law Virginia of Naples, Florida. Grandchildren Kathy Lemley and Karen Rees of Kalamazoo and Jody Moore of Lewis Center, Ohio. Great-grandchildren Caitie and Cortny Lemley and Dylan Rees of Michigan and Addison Moore of Lewis Center.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Lucille œPeeWee  Blough.
There will be no services or calling hours.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
