WOOSTER – Lester œDon  Weiler, 92, of Wooster died Friday May 18, 2012 at his residence . A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 25th, 2012 at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home 216 E. Larwill St. Wooster, Ohio 44691 with Rev. Evelyn Manzella officiating. There will be no calling hours.
He was born January 18, 1920 in Cleveland, Ohio the son of Herbert and Lucy Hendrickson Weiler.
Don retired from the accounting department of LTV Steel in Cleveland in 1982. He served his country with the United States Army Air Corp. during WWII. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Wooster and loved his annual trips to Disney World which he had done for many years.
Surviving is his wife Janet Miller Weiler whom he married in September of 1993. Step Children: Jim (Linda) Reynolds, of Ft. Worth Texas, and Bill ( Maryellen) Reynolds, of Monroe Georgia. A step granddaughter: Michelle (Victor) Rojas, and a step great grandson: Evan Rojas and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his first wife: Mildred Hollen Weiler , a brother:James Weiler and a step granddaughter: Sherry Reynolds.
