WOOSTER – Michael COCCIA, 57, of Wooster, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 in Wooster Community Hospital. He was born March 5, 1955 in Wooster, the son of Urona A and Anna Coppola Coccia. He was a graduate of Wooster High School in 1973 and had worked as a cook. Served his country with the US Navy from 1976-1980. Surviving are brothers, Samuel Coccia of Apple Creek and Joseph Coccia of Dillard, Oregon. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Stephen Coccia and a sister, Janet Coccia. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
