WOOSTER “ Donna J. Hamilton, 88, of Wooster died Thursday, October 11, 2012 in Akron City Hospital. She was born July 27, 1924 in Lattasburg, the daughter of Glenn and Esther Gortner Worst. She married Chester œTim  Hamilton on August 10, 1944. He survives. She was a homemaker and self employed business owner of T & D Rubber Stamps for over 50 years. Donna was a member of the Akron Road First Church of God and the Apple Creek Rebecca Lodge. She was a seamstress, loved gardening, the outdoors, fishing and spending time at Tappan Lake. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Ron Hamilton of Shreve, Cheryl (David) Saylor of Dover and Roger (Kim Justice) Hamilton of Wooster; grandchildren Mitch Hamilton, Mallory Hamilton, Tim Saylor and Bethany Saylor. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Opal Imhoff and Beulah Bally. Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Monday, October 15, 2012 from 6-8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Arnie Kauffman officiating. Burial will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Akron Road First Church of God, 1953 Akron Road, Wooster, OH 44691 or to a charity of the donor ™s choice.
