WOOSTER “ Paul Garens, 48, of Wooster crossed over to a new life at his home October 30, 2012. He was born November 24, 1963 in Lodi, the son of Dennie W. and Margaret Riegel Garens. He had been a truck driver and was an avid reader, enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with his children. Paul loves his family and friends and will always be remembered for his quirky sense of humor. He is survived by his loving children, Aaron Garens of Rittman, Joe Stevens, Monica and Derek Noble all of Wooster, his precious granddaughters Abigale and Olena and the love of his life and the mother of his children, Carol, his siblings, James, Chris, David, Brenda and Dennita, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends including two very special ones Nikki and Grei. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Mark and Larry and sisters Judith Heckman and Darlynn Atwood. Services will be held on November 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mound Hill Cemetery Chapel in Seville. Friends will be received following the service at Murray Hall in Creston to celebrate his life. McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family. Those who wish may make contributions to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
