WOOSTER “ Douglas A. Jordan, 53, of Wooster died Wednesday, November 7, 2012 in his home. He was born January 12, 1959 in Wooster to John P. Jr. and Dottie Snyder Jordan. He had worked for Goodwill Industries for the last 2 years and at City News for the last year. He had also been a bus driver for Wooster City Schools for 25 years and was an avid sports fan. He was a member of the Wooster United Methodist Church. He is survived by his former wife, Nancy Jordan of Smithville, his parents, John and Dottie Jordan of Wooster and his children, Jason A. Jordan of West Salem, Megan Lynn Jordan of Smithville, Devon Michelle (Jason) Dye of Wooster and Adam (Lisa) Gasser of Columbus, a granddaughter, Isabel Claire Gasser, a sister, Barbara (Tony) Figura of Wooster and a brother, John, III œTrey  Jordan of Suttons Bay, Michigan. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and his faithful companion Missy also survive. Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the 10:00 a.m. service on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with the Rev. Larry Black officiating. Burial will follow in the Wooster Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Viola Startzman Free Clinic, 1874 Cleveland Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.
