NICEVILLE, FL – Sue Honeberger Holmes, 75, passed peacefully at Destin Health Care Center Destin, Florida on Nov. 28, 2012 following complications from a successful surgery six weeks ago. She was born June 14, 1937 in Wooster, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Glenn and Edna (Kaylor) Honeberger. She graduated from W.H.S. Class of 1955 and attended Kent State and the College of Wooster. In Wooster, she worked at Freedlander’s, Wayne Savings and Loan, and the Red Cross. In 1991 she moved to Tampa, FL where she was employed by RBC Bank and Target. She enjoyed raising rescue greyhounds. She’s survived by 2 grown daughters, Melissa and Michele of Tampa, a niece, Joni (Busick) Schuch and family of Niceville, FL and a sister Jean Busick of Wooster. At her request, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be held in the spring in Wooster with burial at Wooster Cemetery.
