WOOSTER – Dana Marie Gorrell WARRICK, 97, of Wooster passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Wooster Community Hospital. She was born October 6, 1915 in Holmesville, the daughter of Robert and Ethel Bushey Gorrell. She married John W. Warrick on June 12, 1950. He preceded in 1995. Dana retired in 1979 from Columbia Gas Transmission Corp. after 30 years of employment. She was a member of the Central Christian Church, a member of the Quarter Century Club at Columbia Gas, a member of the GASCO Club and had volunteered at the Red Cross. Dana enjoyed fishing, needlepoint and walking. Surviving are nieces, Claudia (Gary) Hendershot of Wooster and Cathy (Dick) Stoffer of Ashland and a nephew, Gregory (Gayle) Gorrell of Ashland and great nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband,Dana was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Mary E. Grassmann and a brother, Paul Gorrell. There were no calling hours. Private family services were held.
